The initial impulse for the consideration of the new interior of the Library was the idea of a new separate entrance to the library from the current courtyard between the polyclinic and the library. Revitalizing a desolate corner of the city and at the same time making the Library present in the city's cultural life.

The basic idea of the assignment combines a synergistic effect that will bring new quality to both the library itself and the outdoor foyer.

The library will gain its rightful place in the city.

Current trends in libraries are characterized by a tendency to attract visitors to an attractive environment, and a high-quality, updated book and audiovisual collection. It is not the number of books that is decisive; on the contrary, half-full shelves with a reserve seem more airy and relaxed. Libraries should provide, in addition to the basic function, other socio-cultural activities that will make the library a community center where you can actively spend time.
